Preparation of a shortlist of properties comparing price, size, price per square foot, lease, service charges, features and noting the pros and cons of each property. Arrange viewing tours to ensure a number of properties are viewed at the same time with different Estate Agents making the best use of our Client’s valuable time.
Submitting offers, negotiating a purchase and ensuring our clients are protected insofar as possible from the risk of gazumping (other buyers coming in with higher offers at a subsequent date). At all times acting in our client’s best interests and ensuring proper and independent advice based on market knowledge, research and comparable evidence.
