We have seen increased activity in the past few months, due to pent up demand following the extension of the stamp duty holiday relief, low-interest rates and low stock levels.
We have also received multiple offers on a number of our properties over the last few weeks, showing that buyers are optimistic about the market; and some have been offering near or at the asking price.
Average house prices in London has reached £500,000 – a 5.3% annual increase.
We are glad to see a good level of positivity going into April and the Summer months and we believe these trends will continue.
