We have set-up a local community group for everyone to help each other out. This is to help people who may be in need during these times, sharing news around the community or helping out local business owners. Please share with your friends and family and we can strive to help as many people as possible. We also have access to vacant properties in Kensington and Chelsea where the landlords are happy to offer a discounted rate for any key workers who may be in need of accommodation, these can be requested through the group.  

PROPERTY

In the coming weeks, we will be holding a number of “Virtual Conferences” via Zoom with expert professionals, such as; a leading mortgage and financial advisors to give their outlook on how the market is changing and to answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in understanding the current market conditions, mortgage rates and payment holidays, re-financing or have any questions please attend the conference. MARKET UPDATE

To keep our clients informed on the market, we are very much “business as usual”, offering virtual and video tours of our properties for anyone interested in viewings. We understand that although these are difficult times, people still need to move whether this be for financial or personal reasons, so we are working with a number of clients helping them prepare for coming to the market. Our nationwide Keller Williams network has seen 232 new properties come to the market, 82 sales agreed and 63 completions since the start of March; and at Walton Estates we have agreed 2 sales in recent weeks with one at full asking price, demonstrating that the property market is still active.
